Hi, I’m Ryan Collins, a family home specialist helping people move in and around Greater London – from city terraces and maisonettes to suburban houses with gardens. I work mainly with families who are upsizing, relocating for schools or looking for a bit more space and a slightly quieter pace of life.
Moving with children can feel complicated, so my role is to make things as organised and predictable as possible. I’ll walk you through each stage – from preparing your home for viewings and setting a realistic price, to coordinating sale and purchase timelines, and keeping everyone in the chain updated.
I pay particular attention to the things that matter most to families: school catchment areas, commute times, nearby parks, local high streets and community feel. My aim is to help you make a well-informed move that works for your whole household, not just on paper, but in day-to-day life.
